Good quality pair of old measures.

1/3 and 1/6 of a Gill

Made by Gaskell & Chambers Ltd, Birmingham, which is clearly stamped into the base.

Customs & Excise stamps to the sides as follows:

1/3 gill is marked 66 Crown 1004.

1/6 gill is marked 67 Crown 1003.

Unsure of the metal they are made of, but feel it could be brass.

Offered in excellent original condition.
