Pair of open salts complete with Bristol blue glass liners.

Makers mark – worn, difficult to make out.

Assay mark – crown, Sheffield.

Date letter – again rubbed, but looks like lower case r, which dates them to 1909.

Weight – 35 grams (without liners).

A good pair of salts, which can be used or will display very well. Just a little bit of salt damage under liners (as usual !!) and a couple of little ‘knocks’.
