Good reproduction map of London with part of the following surrounding counties, Middlesex, Essex, Kent and Surrey, England, 1760s.
This is a copy of a map originally printed by John Rocque in sixteen parts and reduced to one sheet. The title is repeated on the opposite side in French.
Dedicated to John, Duke of Montague, with his arms and motto centre bottom.

Measures – 67.2cms x 54.5cms.
Condition – pretty good, not been folded, has always been rolled, no pin holes or blue tack stains in the corners, so doesn’t look like it’s ever been displayed, some very slight creases, but nice and bright, some age toning.
Will be sent rolled in a tube.
