Good quality rocker ink blotter.
Decorative brass handle, dark green marble with wooden base and green baise.
Brass handle unscrews to change blotting paper.
Measures 5 ½ inches long x 2 ¾ inches deep x 2 ¾ inches high.
Difficult to date, but most likely 1920’s/30’s.
These are not really used much these days, but would make a super accessory for your posh desk.
