Beautifully hand written throughout in legible script, this is a fascinating glimpse into the past. We can just imagine the author of this book on his way to help a local farmer or tradesman who has a poorly creature, with his little book of knowledge tucked away in his inside pocket.

Condition – as expected, as this would of been carried everywhere and used daily, it has a few loose pages and the clasp is missing, but to be perfectly honest, it’s a wonder it has survived!!!!
