A wonderful colour picture of the White Star Line R.M.S Majestic and R.M.S Olympic, Southampton, New York.
Taken from an original painting by artist William McDowell.
Date – feels late 1920s/early 1930s.
Made by Zig-Zag.
300 pieces.
Size 20 inches x 10 inches.
Condition – it’s not too bad at all, all pieces present, a couple of the pieces have broken lugs/ends, but they are there and the puzzle can still be completed correctly. One piece has a bit of wear (see picture), but this doesn’t really detract from the image. Box is tatty with two broken corners and general discolouration and wear......probably been stuck in aloft for years and there is some writing to the underneath of the base.
