Beautifully decorated all over with intricate parquetry veneer patterns and is kept closed by a small brass clasp.
Measures when opened and laying flat approx 50cms x 50cms.
Not an antique one, probably dates to the 1980s/1990s, but definitely looks the part.
NO chess pieces supplied, but we have found a plastic set of backgammon/draughts pieces and dice that we will throw in for free.....they do not really go with the board, but at least you can have a game.
Condition – Considering the use this could have had and how small and intricate the veneer is it’s in lovely order. Just the dearest, tiny little knock to one corner – see pictures.
