Condition – quite poorly, well it is over 200 years old. Pages are all bright and clean but age toned as you would expect. Maps are ok with small tears at the end of the fold lines. Outer boards are very worn and battered, front board and first inner page are detached, rear board just hanging in, spine looking very sorry for itself. But a rare little book and worthy of restoration.
