This is a reproduction Ducation with chain, the original of which was recovered from the wreck of the Dutch East Indiaman Hollandia wrecked of the Scilly Isles, Cornwall in 1743.
Made in Cornwall by Laughing Monarch Ltd.
Solid pewter.
Measures – coin diameter 4cms, chain length 71cms (28 inches).
Condition – really nice as is the box, discolouration to the description label.
