Small job lot of Royal Doulton china.
Two tea cups, three saucers and one side plate.
Herbert (Harry) Bettley.... his surname is also recorded as being spelt ‘Betteley’.
‘C’ series pattern number of C8718, which dates them to 1898 to 1899.
HB number clearly marked as ‘HB3226.
Just one saucer is lacking all the above pattern/designer numbers, this saucer still has the Royal Doulton mark, but only displays a painted mark of ‘H3226’.
Cups stand approx 6cms tall with a rim diameter of 8.5cms.
Saucers measure 14cms and the side plate 18cms in diameter.
Condition – all nice with no chips, cracks, restoration or major signs of wear. Small area of yellowing to the inside of one of the cups – see pictures.
