No makers mark or label, but has all the characteristics of Vasart or Strathearn.
Date – 1950s.
This paperweight pin dish has a panelled millefiori design with six outer panels, six spokes and one centre design. Outer panels have a 1-2 cane pattern separated by coloured twists over a green ground. There is a ring of green canes with white centres in the middle of the design.
Measures approx – 9.5cms diameter x 4.2cms tall. Centre well diameter 6.5cms.
Ground down pontil mark.
Condition – nice!!! Some small scratches as expected with age, but no chips or cracks.
