Chrome centre boss with slots for woodruff keys, so clearly was fitted to a boat at some point and not just a decorative one.

Centre ring approx 12 inches in diameter.
19 inches across, point to point on the hand holds.
Offered in great used condition, ready for display or use, with just some minor marks as you would expect.
